A Guy Disguised Himself as a Bush, Then Went to Central Park to Scare People Who Walked By

If you still don't have a Halloween costume, here's one:  A guy in New York dressed in camouflage, wrapped himself in ivy, and went to Central Park to pop out and scare people as they walked by.  The best part is, almost everyone he did it to LOVED it.

He's the same guy who did the "CIA Prank" in June.

He's really lucky he didn't get knocked out. This DID happen in New York, you know.
