'Jackass' star Steve-O is doing his stand-up comedy for two nights in Lubbock at Jake's Backroom. I spoke with Steve-O this morning. Here's what he had to say:
For this edition, they used footage of President Obama and Mitt Romney from the first debate, and a bunch of clips of the moderator, Jim Lehrer...who pretty much seems DEMENTED in it.
Follow Jaston back to his West, Texas, childhood and the psychotic family Christmases known as “Blood and Holly”, or his Boy Scout troop, where the main activities were smoking, gambling, and sleeping late, and finally, join an excursion gone haywire in Guatemala as he tries to outrun gangs of armed hostage-taking subversives, chasing him down a steaming, rumbling volcano.
Carly Rae Jepsen's 'Call Me Maybe' is THE hit of the summer. It's so popular that there are literally thousands of covers of the song all over YouTube, rock stars are performing the song in concert and people are making videos like this one...
Janet "The Tennessee Tramp" Williams is no stranger to telling it like it is. She's quick on the draw, an absolute laugh riot and she's Lubbock bound.
A video called "Celebrity Spoofing" is picking up speed on YouTube. It's a guy walking around Beverly Hills, asking random people to take pictures with him, and pretending they're celebrities like Lindsay Lohan and Vince Vaughn.
The funny thing is, most of them went along with it...even if they looked nothing like the person he "thought" they were.
The LOL Comedy Showcase was a great night of laughter thanks to two very talented and funny comedians. Warren B. Hall and Chris Dowell brought the funny last Thursday, June 7th at the Office.
The Onion News Network did a ridiculous fake report on President Obama losing voters after photos surfaced of him sitting alone on a park bench, eating a huge sandwich.
Comedian Rich Vos from Opie & Anthony, Last Comic Standing was being heckled. Club owner and comedian Steve Hofstetter stepped in to toss the guy out. The heckler began shoving Steve (who remarkably didn't lose his cool). There happened to be a documentary being shot at the club that night, so it's all on tape, reality show style.
