The 2012 presidential election concluded on Nov. 6, and after clinching 303 electoral votes, President Barack Obama will return to the Oval Office for his second term. Yesterday, the Supreme Court voted five-to-four to uphold President Obama's health care reforms. They ruled that it IS Constitutional to penalize people who don't have health care as long as that penalty is considered a tax. Mitt Romney has vowed to overturn Obamacare if he's elected, but if it does go into effect, that tax penalty will begin in 2014.
