Crazy Man Accuses Austin, Texas Mayor of Sexual Assault

During a recent city meeting in Austin, this guy approached the city council and Mayor Steve Adler with a bizarre accusation.

The mayor basically moves onto the next subject without flinching, but one has to wonder how this guy gets away with basically threatening the mayor.

Regardless, it's a pretty uncomfortable situation.
