It’s Really Nice Out There!
Now, if we could only get a bit of moisture. One forecast I saw calls for an ever so slight chance of rain on Thursday. I’m keeping my fingers crossed. I’m sure those fellows fighting all those fires across the state are crossing theirs too.
The satellite imagery from the weekend picked up the smoke plumes from the wild fires in the eastern south Plains, the one near San Angelo and the fire at Possum Kingdom Lake. I’ve a friend that lives near Ft. Worth and she was telling me how ash was falling all around. That’s got to be frightening.
I know what, lets all say a big ole prayer for some rain …or better yet, lets all go get our cars washed. That always seems to bring a cloud or two.
