National Night Out is designed to:
• Heighten crime, drug and violence prevention awareness.
• Generate support for, and participation in, local anti-crime programs.
• Strengthen neighborhood spirit and police-community partnerships.
• Send a message to criminals letting them know the neighborhoods are organized
and fighting back.

“This is a fun opportunity for the residents and first responders in Lubbock to build a
better relationship while showing criminals and our neighbors that we are willing to work
together to decrease crime and increase safety within our neighborhoods.” -- LUNA
Executive Director, Tony Spray.
