One summer blockbuster, Pixels, is designed to appeal to fans of both old-school video games and movies where major cities get blown up. Its trailer, which you can watch above, also happens to feature Queen’s immortal “We Will Rock You.”

The clip lays out the plot: In 1982, a time capsule containing examples of popular culture was sent into space in the hopes that, if there was any extraterrestrial life, they could understand Earth. But when the capsule was discovered, the depictions of Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, Centipede and other arcade classics were taken to be a declaration of war. The aliens decide to use the characters from those games to attack our planet.

The President (Kevin James) assembles a team of former arcade champions, led by Sam Brenner (Adam Sandler), and scientists to join forces and use their expertise to save the planet from destruction. Josh Gad and Peter Dinklage also star in the 3D action comedy.

Released in 1977 along with the global smash “We Are the Champions,” “We Will Rock You” has become one of the most famous B-sides in rock history, gaining almost as much airplay as its flip. It almost immediately earned its anthemic status, and is among the most frequently played songs at sporting events around the world.

Pixels will hit theaters on July 24.
