Around 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, November 8, Lubbock Police responded to the scene of a reported shooting outside the United Supermarkets located at 2630 Parkway Drive.

According to Lubbock Police spokesman Lieutenant Ray Mendoza, the incident occurred after an argument led to an altercation which led to the shooting.

One person was transported to University Medical Center with serious/critical injuries. No names have been released at this time.

Police are reportedly searching for a black male suspect and his black female passenger, both believed to have been riding in a white Ford station wagon.
