Four Things You Need to Know About the Supreme Court’s Decision to Uphold Obama’s Health Care Reform
Yesterday, the Supreme Court voted five-to-four to uphold President Obama's health care reforms. They ruled that it IS Constitutional to penalize people who don't have health care as long as that penalty is considered a tax. Mitt Romney has vowed to overturn Obamacare if he's elected, but if it does go into effect, that tax penalty will begin in 2014.
