Apparently, there are people out there who regularly get PERFECT nights of sleep. A survey of those people found they finish dinner by 8:29 P.M., don't drink anything after 9:10 P.M. to avoid bathroom trips, relax after dinner, get into bed in pajamas at exactly 10:00 P.M., read for 20 minutes and fall asleep at 10:26 P.M.
