It was funny while it lasted. Remember the video of the goofy girl who's so busy trying to walk and text at the same time that she falls right into a mall fountain? The hilarious video went viral, and its pitiable star remained anonymous — until now.

Turns out, not only is she not a "girl" — she's 49 year-old woman Cathy Cruz Marrero, an employee at the mall — she's angry about the video hitting the web, and says she'll sue. "My issue is I don't think security was professional because they didn't send anyone to check on me until 20 minutes later and I had already left," she told local reporters.
