The Captain & Tennille are Getting Divorced

Apparently, love WON'T keep them together. The Captain & Tennille are getting divorced after 39 years of marriage.

What's even worse is that the Captain says he has no idea why she filed. Toni (Tennille) filed legal documents in Arizona, claiming the marriage was "irretrievably broken."

The couple was discovered by none other than Neil Sedaka and he wrote their biggest hit, 'Love Will Keep Us Together':
