The Darth Vader Kid Had His Surgery Thursday, and It Was a Success

Max Page...the "Darth Vader kid" from that Volkswagen Super Bowl ad...had his open-heart surgery this past Thursday, and it was a success.

On Friday, his doctor said, quote, "He's doing fine.  He's stable and improving.  He's smiling and talking."

And his mother added, quote, "Max had a pretty peaceful night.  [Friday] morning he gave us the thumbs up and he said 'hi' to his brother, Els, and told him he loved him."
